By registering, you may do the following:
- change your profile data.
- communicate in Group and VIP chat rooms anytime the performers are online.
- get newsletters to your e-mail when your favorite model is online.
- renew your account and check the chat history.

You'll notice underneath the login screen there is a link 'Forgot Password?', which you can use to reset your password.
Q: How can I add more funds to my account?
You may add additional funds on the 'Add Funds' page.
1. How do I get started?
Step one: Click on the "Join" tab
, you'll receive an email confirming your membership. Once the account has been validated via your email, you can start chatting with any of our models online for free.
Step two: If you'd like to chat privately or in a group chat with a model, your account must have available credits to participate.
2. What is Group Chat?
'Group Chat' - is a paid(per credits) chat with a model and as many viewers that choose to view/chat at a lesser price. Group chats are less intimate and personal, which equate to the lesser in price. If a model's status shows 'Group Chat', you can still join in but you must have available credits to use.
3. What is a VIP Chat?
'VIP Chat' - is a private paid(per credits) chat with the a model. It is completely a chat between you and the model of choice, there are no other individuals that can chime-in. If a model's status shows 'VIP Chat', you'll have to wait patiently for her to finish with the session.
4. How come I can't see the model?
The model be offline, or taking a break. In addition, if you are currently running an older version of Flash you may have problems viewing the model.

5. What are credits?
Credits are purchased through our billing company(CCBill). The credits will be added into your account as soon as it has been processed. Credits are used to purchase minutes with a model and or to tip them. One credit equals a dollar. For individual from other countries, our billing company performs an instant currency exchange based on the daily rate.
6. I don't see the models on? How will I know when they will be on?
Although the site is running 24/7, our models have lives of their own, so they won't be online 24/7. It is totally up to the model to decide when to go on. The best way to know when they get on is by adding them to your favorites, which would automatically notify you by sending an email to you when they sign on. Also you may check back regularly at the model's schedule within her profile.
7. What does the tip button do?
Tips are found once you are in a chat, it is a drop down box of different things offered by the model once you are in a 'Group Chat' or 'VIP Chat'. Different models offer different options for tips and do different things for these tips. Our models make most of their money on tips, so support your favorite model by tipping them!
Problems adding funds:
error recieved 'you have tried too many times'
You may have reached your spending limit.
Solution: Wait 30 days from the 1st transaction to add funds again. You may also contact us with regards to this issue.
You may have entered the incorrect information too many times.
Solution: Wait at least 48 hrs before trying again. If you try too soon, the system will add another 24 hrs addional to the previous 48 hrs.
Bank has denied a charge on your credit card.
Solution: Contact your credit card company to find out if your card has been blocked due to anti-fraud protection.
No Refunds / ALL SALES ARE FINAL: There are no exchanges or returns of videos or DVDs, defective items will be replaced with the exact same title only.
